One of my most valuable experience as a pharmacist was to ensure the safety and effective use of medications and helping patients achieve better health outcomes. But there was a BIG ISSUE… All drugs have side effects that are detrimental to our health in the long run !
Therefore in recent years, i have decided to explore naturopathic in using natural, non-invasive healing modalities to support the body’s innate ability to heal itself. It could delve into the use of various holistic approaches, such as wellness technology, nutrition and counseling to address underlying imbalances and promote optimal health.
I have worked with many patients to empower them to take an active role in their health by educating them on healthy lifestyle habits and self-care practices. I found the naturopathic approach very meaningful as I am able to help my patients to achieve optimal health without any side effects and toxicity that medicines have..
